於2003年12月成立，是一根據香港《社團條例》註冊之非牟利團體。RED
MISSION總部設於香港，在亞洲多個地區如日本、韓國、中國內地、台灣及星馬等設有分會，與全球各大張國榮網站建有緊密聯繫，是張國榮歌影迷之國際聯盟組織。

RED MISSION 的發起人其實是一位馬來西亞哥迷，目標是團結各地張國榮迷「繼續張國榮」，此提議立即得到世界各地很多張國榮迷的附和與支持，我們覺得成立一個會，正式以這個名義辦懷念及推廣活動便最適當不過。
RED MISSION 的名稱，概念來自哥哥為兒童癌病基金籌款而印製的RED CARD，R.E.D.三個字代表REGAIN重新，EXTENDED延續，DREAM夢想。旨在鼓勵熱愛張國榮的歌影迷忘掉哀傷，重新振作，延續張國榮先生遺愛人間的精神，有錢出錢、有力出力地幫助有需要的人；延續張國榮先生留給我們的所有，包括將他的作品介紹給世界各地的人及將它傳揚開去。張國榮先生希望大家永遠記住他，我們不單只要記住他，而且更要薪火相傳，希望世世代代都有人記得張國榮這個名字，張國榮迷會共同努力實現這個夢想。我們會朝著以下目標進發：

每年舉辦懷念哥哥張國榮的紀念活動

將張國榮的歌曲及電影作品推介給世界各地的朋友，讓更多人認識他的聲色藝、
真善美
·
發揚張國榮精神，積極參與慈善公益活動，推動更多哥迷出錢出力
·
每年至少舉辦一次慈善籌款活動，幫助有需要的慈善團體
RED MISSION
is a non-profit making organisation
registered under the Hong Kong Societies Ordinance in December 2003 . It is a global alliance of
fans and its Headquarter is based in Hong
Kong with branches in Japan, Korea, Mainland China,
Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia.

The
idea of the RED MISSION
was originated by a Malaysian fan with the objective
of uniting
fans from all over the world to extend the legacy of
Leslie. This
idea is well received and
supported by
Leslie’s fans worldwide. Therefore
we
consider it best
to
formally
register
it as an association and
to
carry out our missions under this name.
The
concept of RED MISSION
came from the set of postcards titled R.E.D
that Leslie had specially introduced to raise
funds for the Children’s Cancer Foundation. The
three words stand for REGAIN,
EXTENDED and DREAM. This implies that Leslie’s
fans will make every effort to REGAIN
the strength from the sorrow of losing Leslie so as
to EXTEND his compassionate spirit by lending a helping hand to people
in need. Moreover, Leslie hoped that he could
be remembered and while he will definitely stay in the
hearts of fans in the years to come, we will also strive
to extend his legend and to pass on the invaluable legacy
that he had left us to our future generations.
He is not just ‘our star’. We hope that Leslie
will become an everlasting star and that his name will
continue be remembered and honoured from generations
to generations, forever. Let fans of Leslie Cheung
join hands to make this
DREAM come true.

To organize annual memorial
activities to commemorate Mr Leslie Cheung;

To extend Mr Leslie Cheung’s
legacy in music and cinematography;
· To extend Mr
Leslie Cheung’s compassionate and charitable spirit
by encouraging his fans to participate in charity work
and make donation to charity organizations;
· To organize
fund raising event at least once a year and donate proceeds
to local charity organization(s).
